Meet Your Instructor

Movement is medicine

For more than 25 years, Lana June has helped people move through pain, injury, pregnancy, and change — and come out the other side stronger. She is a certified Pilates instructor and a licensed massage therapist, with a background in radiologic and MRI technology that gives her an unusually deep read on how bodies are built and how they heal.

Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. Sessions here are unhurried, personal, and precise — whether you're rebuilding after surgery, preparing for birth, or simply ready to feel at home in your body again.

  • Certified Pilates instructor — classical, comprehensive method
  • Licensed massage therapist (LMT)
  • Specialties: injury & surgery recovery, prenatal & postnatal care, chronic pain
  • Certified in craniosacral therapy, Mayan abdominal massage, reflexology, Reiki & more

Pilates at Pila-Teas

Classical Pilates, personally guided

This is Pilates the way it was meant to be taught — on the full classical apparatus, in a studio small enough that your form is never a guess. Every session is shaped around your body, your history, and your goals.

Private Sessions

One-on-one instruction across the reformer, Cadillac, chair, and barrel. Ideal for rehabilitation, focused goals, and anyone who learns best with a teacher's full attention.

  • Personalized rehabilitation programs
  • Prenatal & postnatal support
  • Emerald packs include 10 minutes of massage

Duets

Semi-private sessions for two — couples, best friends, workout partners. You share the studio and the motivation while each of you still gets individualized coaching.

  • One hour, two reformers
  • Great for couples & "besties"
  • Same personal attention, shared energy

Pilates Rehabilitation

Gentle, progressive work for bodies coming back from injury or surgery, living with chronic pain, or rebuilding strength and balance at any age.

  • Back, knee & shoulder recovery
  • Balance & core rebuilding
  • Coordination with your care team

Small Group Reformer Classes

Four reformers. Never a crowd.

Group classes here stay deliberately tiny — just four reformers — so Lana can watch every movement, correct every alignment, and adapt the work to each person in the room. It feels less like a fitness class and more like a small gathering of people getting stronger together.

New to the studio? Your journey starts with a New Client Session: a private hour to learn the equipment, the breathing, and the foundations — so you step into group classes confident and safe.

Massage & Bodywork

Restorative work, in the same caring hands

Lana's bodywork draws on decades of therapeutic training — from feather-light craniosacral work to traditional Mayan techniques rarely offered in Colorado. Every treatment is one-on-one, unhurried, and tailored to what your body is carrying that day.

Craniosacral Therapy

A touch so light it's compared to the weight of a nickel — gently releasing restrictions around the brain and spinal cord so the nervous system can settle and reset.

$230 / 1 hour

Mayan Abdominal Massage

A traditional Central and South American practice that encourages circulation and lymph flow through the pelvis and abdomen, supporting digestion and reproductive wellness.

$230 / 1 hour

Mayan Fertility Ceremony

A two-hour ceremonial treatment rooted in shamanic bodywork — uterine massage, herbal steams, and plant brushings — honoring the fertility journey with reverence and care. Advance notice is required so the ceremony can be prepared properly.
